Identification:
---------------

Juan provided me with the following gpg key:

Since there are no dd's in Colombia yet, Juan could not get his key
signed. Therefore, he sent me a scan of his Colombian ID card.
Both Holman Romero <hromero@gnu.org> and Giovanni Gomez
<giovanni.gomez@sun.com> confirmed his identity.

Identification check passed.

Policy and procedures:
----------------------
Juan has read and agrees to follow the Social Contract, the DFSG and the
DMUP. I asked him some question about those documents. His answers show
that he knows what they are about.
I also asked some questions about debian procedures. Also here his
answers were ok.

Policy and procedures check passed.

Tasks and Skills:
-----------------
Gustavo Noronha Silva <kov@debian.org>, who advacated Juan, wrote

Juan has already three packages in the archive:
