Just to say that what is really bothering me in all this is the uncertainity and lack of feedback; I fully understand the workload of the DAM and I never said anything less proper about his work, it's just that when ppl that have been on hold at DAM stage for months see ppl that have applied after they had already reached the DAM stage become a Developer... it just feels weird after a time. I'm sure there are many mathematical explanations for this, but in the end one is left in a situation were nothing else can be done; all the other stages have specific things that one can do to either pass, fail and correct things.
