T&S: help with FHS transition
I was looking through the NM database and quite a few applicants
haven't completed Tasks&Skills yet. As an additional requirement to
packaging an application, I suggest that you ask your application to
send in patches to the BTS to convert one or two (or more) packages to
the FHS (and newer Standards-Version). Ideally, you would look at the
patch and then have your applicant send it in (and NMU for him after 3
weeks). A listing of packages and rules can be found at

btw, this is just a suggestion by me. Feel free to ignore me. And
it's no April's fool (Mon Apr 2 00:12:55 BST 2001).
