Philosophy & Procedures ----------------------- Karl showed a clear understanding of Debian's philosophy. He summarized the SC and the DFSG, and answered my questions about TeX, main vs non-free, Debian specific licenses, free speech and Pine's license. He also knew about NMUs and lintian. Tasks & Skills -------------- Karl has packaged snake4, ezbounce and mdidentd. snake4 is already part of unstable due to sponsor Tony Mancill <tmancill@debian.org>. The package is lintian clean, and nicely done. The other packages will be uploaded by Tony soon.
