3. Policy and Procedures
------------------------
Francois answered a P&P template correctly, except for some details that
were clarified afterwards. He knows about BTS methods, NMU's and agrees
to uphold to the DMUP and DFSG.

P&P step passed.

4. Tasks and Skills
-------------------
Francois packaged one debian native package he has written himself. From
debian/control:
Description: Provides a repository of sample .conf files.
Confex provides a generic mechanisms to populate a filesystem with sample
configuration files and then remove these files once their use is no longer
required. Furthermore, Confex provides a mechanism to circulate
configuration files amongst the free software community. Finally, Confex
attempts to facilitate File Hierarchy Standard compliance. You will find in
Confex configuration files for Exim, Bind, BRU as well as a lot of
 other popular programs.

The packaging had some problems, and after some revisions he got it
right. He also packaged rdns, a tool to create reverse dns zones from a
db.zone. This time, the packaging was correct and only needed to fix a
versioned Build-Dep.

Summary
-------
I recommend that Francois is accepted as a Debian developer.
