I would say there's missing something. Precisely - there's missing
information about applicants on hold at DAM stage (very easy to calculate -
applicants who wait more than 'Average Days' for DAM approval). Theoretically
they are not on hold at DAM stage (because nobody informed them about it yet)
but ...
Anyway, this information should also appear if somebody would like to treat
serious this 'kind' of applicants as well.

P.S. I know the nice table on http://nm.debian.org/index.php says there're no
applicants on hold at DAM stage. Of course, this is not true.
