Ristuccia <brianr@osiris.ml.org> Philosophy & Procedures ----------------------- Neal showed a clear understanding of Debian's philosophy. He answered all my questions without any problems at all. He also knew about Debian procedures (NMUs, mailing lists, lintian, BTS). Tasks & Skills -------------- For the past year, Neal has been helping develop GNU/Hurd and port Debian to the Hurd. He has given several talks on the Hurd and free software at his school and also at the 0th Debian conference this past June in France. Debian GNU/Hurd developer Marcus Brinkmann says, "He is an excellent nice guy. His technical and social skills are without doubt.
