Philosophy & Procedures

Michael agrees with the Social Contract and DFSG and will abide by
them. Further, applicant understands and can describe examples of
DFSG complient licences..(attachment letter-1.txt)
Tasks & Skills
--------------
Michael is working on bug and wishlist fixes to metamail and is
working with a sponsor to uploaded the package. He also has
intentions to adopt and package other programs for Debian.
I have reviewed his fixes and found Michael to be competent.
