We, official developers in Debian JP, tell Debian's philosophy and
procedures as much as we can, but to tell the truth, we didn't confirm
all members really understand the philosophy and procedures.
(of course, we hope they understand :-)

No.  we didn't check idenfification strictly like Debian.
BTW, most of Debian JP members often meet face-to-face.

If AM really requires signed photo ID, I think we couldn't skip the 
identification procedures.  

Is it a good idea for us, AM from Debian JP (sano, taru and ukai), to check
identification and philosopy and procedures for Debian JP applicants 
in advance?
