Dear Maintainer,

I use pipewire to provide jackd emulation on my system. When I went to
install supercollider, it insisted on installing jack packages as
dependencies.

I opted to build from upstream sources instead, but I'd prefer to use
the debian package if it didn't install unneeded dependencies.

Agreed, and that was the right place to introduce this substitute
functionality :) I hope this means that pipewire-jack no longer crashes
