Bug#1096263: inkscape: Inkscape segmentation fault on startup

Package: inkscape
Version: 1.4.2-3
Followup-For: Bug #1096263
X-Debbugs-Cc: flavio.amieiro@gmail.com

Dear Maintainer,

I will start by answering the template questions:

   * What led up to the situation?

I was editing a (somewhat heavy) file when inkscape crashed. After trying to
re-open the application, it keeps crashing, not allowing me to even start.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

I updated my system to make sure I had the latest packages. I later also tried
purging the inkscape package, removing local config directories (both $HOME/.config/inkscape
and $HOME/.cache/inkscape) then reinstalling the package.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

The application keeps crashing on startup.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

The application to open normally.

---

That being said, I do have a crash report window that says inkscape crashed and
will close now. If I can reproduce this failure I should open a bug report and
include the following trace:
