Dear Maintainer,

To me it looks like the project has moved from Sourceforge to nwtime.org / GitHub.

The newest version released is 4.4 https://downloads.nwtime.org/linuxptp/
 * PTP Management clients may now subscribe to push notifications for management events permanently, without needing to ever renew the subscriptions.
 * Numerous minor fixes for the ts2phc utility program.

The release notes from the previous version 4.3 tell about new major features:
 * This release offers both minor bug fixes and substantial new functionality. Users are encouraged to upgrade.
 * Common Mean Link Delay Service (CMLDS) (IEEE 1588-2019 Clause 16.6)
 * Security Extension (IEEE 1588-2019 Clause 16.14)
