Hi there,

I think migration of lsp-plugins to testing is currently blocked because a
removal from armel was not requested?

Current excuses says:

- Migration status for lsp-plugins (1.2.16-1 to 1.2.21-4): BLOCKED: Maybe temporary, maybe blocked but Britney is missing information (check below)
- Issues preventing migration:

  - missing build on armel
  - arch:armel not built yet, autopkgtest delayed there
```

and I see support for armel was removed in 1.2.21-4.
