Bug#1098976: inkscape: missing dependencies: python3-tinycss2, python3-cssselect

Hi. I'm using inkscape 1.4-3 from experimental. If I try to "Save As" a
drawing to a dxf file I get errors that boil down to these packages not
being installed:

  python3-tinycss2
  python3-cssselect

The latter is in the Recommends, but the former isn't. I guess putting
them both in Recommends is sufficient, right? I was in a situation where
I had neither of these installed, so maybe they should be Depends?
