I basically ruined all my opus files because I reencoded them on
Debian trixie. Problem was caused by opusenc incorrectly interpreting
the replaygain tag from the source flac files:

The flac reference software writes "REPLAYGAIN_REFERENCE_LOUDNESS" as
a positive dB SPL value, and opusenc assumed that the value was dB
SPL. However it looks like loudgain writes the reference loudness as a
negative value in LUFS. opusenc has been updated to accept either
format.
