Bug#1094382: libvst3sdk-dev: misses vstgui4 headers

Dear Maintainer,

i recently tried to build the latest and greatest 'jacktrip', which -
according to its changelog - now also provides a VST3 plugin.
so i pulled in libvst3sdk-dev and enabled the VST3 support, but the
build miserably failed.
the apparent problem was, that jacktrip's buildsystem looked for vstgui4
but was unable to find it.


i notice that libvst3sdk-dev does ship various libvstgui*.a files.
however it lacks the accompanying headers.

please include the relevant headers.
