Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for reporting this bug but I am already working on packaging 21.2 that contains the fix for this issue.
Uncoordinated taglib2 upload by Boyuan made me to investigate this build failure till 4am in the morning
and craft the PR which postponded the 21.2 upstream release.

Now I have tested native build on i386 and a cross-build on armel and both builds complete without issues.
