* What led up to the situation? Kodi crashes a few minutes after starting a video, and even exits the running program.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? I installed an add-on and it didn't work properly while watching the video, the flatpak version usually doesn't have this problem.
* What was the outcome of this action? The program doesn't work as expected
* What outcome did you expect instead? I waited for kodi to work correctly
