Bug#1088268: Upstream packaging scripts for inkscape

Seems that this issue comes from the fact that lib2geom is embedded in
the inkscape package for some targets:

and lib2geom specific files are only removed from the inkscape package
in those cases:
https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/inkscape/-/blob/master/debian/rules?ref_type=heads#L42
Upstream deb packaging (mainly for Ubuntu) seems to avoid this by
building all packages (inkscape, lib2geom/lib2geom-dev...) from the same
repo.
