Bug#1087837: Video players crash on playback of videos with AV1 video

Package: intel-media-va-driver
Version: 24.4.0+dfsg1-1

Various video players (celluloid, clapper, totem) crash when attempting
to play AV1 video when using the Video Accelleration.

The container format (webm, mp4, mkv) does not matter. This happens
with videos from various sources including Youtube. There is no
indication that the videos are corrupt.

Videos with other codecs work fine. Playing in Firefox works fine
(probably does not use VA API).

When the package intel-media-va-driver is removed, everything works
fine.

Test case:
Youtube video "X13N-Bx17Oc" downloaded with yt-dlp can be used as a
test case (webm with av1 video and opus audio).

Regards,
Stephan
