Dear ftp-masters,

please remove the mips64el binary packages produced by src:juce

despite various efforts to make JUCE build on mips64el, none of them have had
any success.

To quote from #1064024
> It seems that the global offset table gets exceeded for mips64el even

> juce binaries (and their reverse dependencies) for mips64el for the time

i will take care of the sole reverse-dependency as well.
