It would be great to have some kind of acknowledgement by maintainers, but in the meantime, the following procedure could be used:

# systemctl edit rtkit-daemon.service

then add:
[Service]
LogLevelMax=info

and:
# systemctl daemon-reload
# systemctl restart rtkit-daemon.service

I hope this is right and useful to work around the issue.
