Bug#1075976: Minor mitigation
First, the mitigation: adding this into /etc/default/fluidsynth mostly
mitigates this issue, but does not resolve it:
OTHER_OPTS='-z8192'
Upstream this bug exists as
https://github.com/FluidSynth/fluidsynth/issues/338
and the upstream author seems almost hostile to the idea that anyone
would not want fluidsynth to suck up CPU in the background.
It's a strong enough attitude that I'm tempted to conclude that
fluidsynth is not yet ready to be a dependency of any widely used
package (like timidity)
