ah you were faster than me! :D

(i made the mistake of first trying to compile all its reverse dependencies for
more evidence)

This not only breaks vlc but also (at least) the source packages I listed in
the "effects" bts control line above.

I verified that those packages build again when libpipewire-0.3-dev is
installed as is done by Gianfranco's patch.
