Moving pupnp under Multimedia Team's umbrella?

Hi All,

Browsing the RC bugs affecting Bookworm I found that pupnp needs to be
updated for some time and its bugs affect vlc and other multimedia
related packages:

How about adding it to the team's packages to track its state and
maybe someone could update it after the freeze is over?
Sorry for not just stepping up and fixing it now myself.
