The Homepage in debian/control isn't correct currently.

Maybe it's appropriate to point to the github repo instead.

Hi,

the homepage at https://www.libheif.org now redirects to the GitHub
repository. I'd like to keep the URL as-is in the packaging in case
we want to provide a custom homepage in the future.
