Dear maintainer,

libnotcurses-dev hasn't been in bookworm/testing for nearly three
months. Your package build depends on it, so your package can't be
rebuild in bookworm. It's also blocking the migration of the version
in unstable. As you noted in the notcurses bug, your package seems
buildable without the dependency so I think for now that's the best
way forward.

I didn't want to downgrade 1001661 because the latest version had
three timeouts in March, so the issue doesn't seem solved yet. To
confirm I triggered 10 new runs and 1 of them timed out. The ratio
just isn't good enough.
