libebml released version 1.4.4 yesterday and IIUC that version is needed
for mkvtoolnix 71.1.

mkvtoolnix 71.0 apparently needs libebml 2.0.0, but that version
doesn't exist yet and 71.1 was just released to only require 1.4.4.

So it would be great is 1.4.4 could be packaged for Debian.

TIA,
Diederik
