Dependency of libfluidsynth-dev on libsystemd-dev

Hello Multimedia maintainers,

I noticed that libfluidsynth-dev (version 2.2.8-1) you maintain depends
on libsystemd-dev . Is there a chance you could drop that dependency?
That would really help people out when they don't use systemd (e.g. on
Devuan).
