Dear Maintainer,

ezstream is unable to stream mp3 files.

The error has been reported upstream: https://gitlab.xiph.org/xiph/ezstream/-/issues/2271
The attatched patch to the upstream report fixes the issue. It would be great if the
patch could be included in the Debian package.
