Bug#1005409: xawtv: Please split mtt from xawtv

Dear maintainers,

can you please put mtt (together with /etc/X11/app-defaults/mtt, etc.) 
into a separate binary package so that mtt can be installed and used 
without having to install xawtv as well?  This has already been done 
with other programs from the xawtv bundle like alevtd, scantv, fbtv, 
etc.
