Package: obs-plugins
Version: 27.0.1+dfsg1-1
Severity: wishlist

Dear maintainer,

Since OBS-27, move-transition[1] is supported. This very useful plugin needs to
be built with OBS (not independent).

[1] https://github.com/exeldro/obs-move-transition

move-transition is a plugin for OBS Studio to move source to a new position
during scene transition. This plugin provides a professional effect to videos.

I have move-transition compiled in obs-studio_27.0.1+dfsg1-1 (rebuilt) and it
works fine.

Alternatively, if not possible add it directly in the obs-studio, if you allow
me to make it, I can submit a new package to Debian, using a clone of the
obs-studio already packaged by you, to provide the plugin only. However, it is
a workaround and I think the best way is adding move-transition to your
package.

I also can send a PR to Salsa to help you to implement it. Please, let me know
if it is desirable.

Regards,

Eriberto

Hi Sebastian,

The plugin obs-move-transition was accepted in Debian yesterday[1], so
I am closing this confusing bug (sorry) and I will open two new bugs
plus two MR in Salsa to solve these new bugs.

Thanks for your patience and for your help.

Regards,

Eriberto
