Bug#990498: CCurlFile::FillBuffer - Failed: Error in the HTTP2 framing layer(16)

Source: kodi
Version: 2:17.6+dfsg1-4

For some reason I cannot get any plugin to work in kodi today. I even
tried the bpo version.

My kodi.log is filled with:

Looking upstream, all I can find are:

https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/16616

which is not really helpful.
