The current Debian stable (11.1) has blender 2.82.a and I personally
recommend you update your system if you are not running it.  Also, in
case you are stuck with Debian oldstable (10.X), there is blender 2.82.a
in oldstable-backports, so you can install if from there.

If you need help doing any of the above I recommend you contact user
support: https://www.debian.org/support


BTW, it would be against the long-standing Debian rules about stable
updates to include a newer blender in a Debian stable release.
