Bug#985050: jackd2: libdb-dev dependency is missing

I would also like to confirm this issue, failure to include the database 
support breaks the metadata feature that was added. The configure flag 
for this is `--db` and is required for applications such as Carla to 
share and store positional information for the plugins/clients in use.
