Can't install the package, it complains about kodi-api-pvr, which I
cannot find manually :-/.

... please don't use unstable if you are not comfortable in handling
these kind of situations and at least double check whether there is a
new version already pending publishing…

You have 3 choices:

* wait what probably will be 3-4 more hours, then a new kodi-pvr-hts
  will be available and everything will be great
* go pull the newer kodi-pvr-hts version from incoming:
  http://incoming.debian.org/debian-buildd/pool/main/k/kodi-pvr-hts/
* force an older version of kodi that is still available:
  apt install kodi-pvr-hts kodi=2:19.0~beta2+dfsg1-5
