Beta2 dropped tonight. What I will do in a day or two:
* Fix regression in upstream PR#18706
* Complete routine upstreaming second part of PR#18779
* Build 19.0~beta2 and push it to upstream closingbthis bug

Yes, Dave and Ross are aware. We expect RC early New Year so beta2 definitely goes to unstable!
