Dear Maintainer,

   * PulseEffects 4.7.1 equalizer plugin not working.
   * The upstream bug report [0] suggest that since LSP Plugins 1.1.14 onwards,
you need at least PE 4.7.2. This was the main reason why 4.7.2 was released.
   * On debian PE is at 4.7.1, and there is also another related bug #956255,
which prevent the upgrade to PE>= 4.7.2.
