Bug#958966: obs-studio: fails to load python binary modules (e.g. termios) from obs

Package: obs-studio
Version: 25.0.3+dfsg1-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

when using python scripting from obs, loading (system) python packages can fail
when loading a binary module. For example, trying to import termios from
a script executed from obs will fail with the following error:

  ImportError: /usr/lib/python3.7/lib-dynload/termios.cpython-37m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: undefined symbol: PyExc_TypeError

I've tried this from the version available in buster and from a rebuilt one (on buster) from
version 25.0.3+dfsg1-2. I also tried disabling all the patches in the debian source package
with no more luck.

Thanks,
David
