Bug#953520: Build obs-studio for more architectures

Hi obs-studio maintainers:

obs-studio upstream had introduced SIMDE [1] in version 25, and it's now RC.
So now obs is nolonger tied on amd64. I had confirmed that it can be built on mips64el
and arm64 [2], [3]. Please consider build it for more architectures when updating it.

Btw: Is it possible to make it as a part of buster-backport?
