Looks like we might not have source for some PDFs in
Documentation/SarahNotebook, faust-quick-reference.pdf, the PDFs in
Documentation/images, and images/Step*_Compilation.png (looks they
were generated from .xmp files).
Similarly, Resources/FaustLive*.png looks to be generated from .xmp
sources.
Various files in Resources/Examples are under BSD & MIT licenses, not
GPL.
