   * What led up to the situation?
trying to access the file slop-tilde.htm that is referenced in
slop~-help.pd and it, nor its parent directory, is not found.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
slop-tilde.htm being installed on my system.
