Dear Maintainer,

while rebuilding the build dependencies of doxygen with the upcoming doxygen 1.8.19 (https://salsa.debian.org/debian/doxygen/-/wikis/ratt_doxygen_1.8.19-1_amd64-partial) this package FTBFS.

This error comes up:

dh_install: warning: Cannot find (any matches for) "usr/share/man/man3" (tried in ., debian/tmp)

dh_install: warning: libsratom-doc missing files: usr/share/man/man3
dh_install: error: missing files, aborting
make: *** [debian/rules:16: binary] Error 25
dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules binary subprocess returned exit status 2

I can guess that doxygen silently fails without generating the man file.
I suggest you update the doxygen configuration file to the latest format with doxygen -u
