Today it felt the right time to bring up this bug with upstream (I
talked with Mc over #inkscape-devel). They found an address for
Michael, but it needs to be mentioned that there haven't been a trace of
that address for 15 years, even if the mail didn't bounce.
Regarding animated-clock.svg, the copyright holder of that is an active
Inkscape contributor, so we just pinged him over IRC.
