It seems to fail consistently on the buildds, but I cannot reproduce the
issue on zelenka. Could that be an issue in lrelease?

I'm not discarding it, but if it where all the packages calling lrelease on s390x would be FTBFS. Except this specific ts file has something weird... But it's just an xml :-/
