Bug#921652: soundconverter 3.0.1-1 not starting

Dear Maintainer,
after I updated soundconverter from 3.0.0-2 to 3.0.1-1 today the program
doesn't start anymore.
Trying to start via terminal gives the following lines:
~$ soundconverter
