I think these are the only blockers left (since they're key packages):
 gst-libav1.0
 qtwebengine-opensource-src

gst-libav has an unfinished WIP patch in the upstream bug. qtwebengine
is already fixed upstream (mostly chromium stuff), but the patches might
need backporting unless the qt 5.11 transition happens before ffmpeg.
