historically, the [pvu~] object has been built-into the "iemlib1"
library (which is shipped by pd-iemlib) - so you need to load that
library first.

either via a [declare -lib iemlib1] object in your patch or by adding
"iemlib1" to the start-up libraries, either via the Preferences->Startup
menu or by running "pd -lib iemlib1" from the terminal.

btw, the upcoming iemlib release is finally going to merge all the
sub-libraries (iemlib1, iemlib2,...) into a single library (e.g.
binary), making this a little less cumbersome to load the library.
