Thanks for this (and to Michael for the way to reproduce this). While I agree that these patches are an improvement, I'm not convinced that they need to be applied to stable. It seems to me there is also a bug in freeswitch here which reduced the stack size and proceeds to dlopen some libraries without understanding the full implications of this. James
