Streams play correctly with ffplay without extra options, so it's not a decoder problem. Can you provide an example stream which exibits this behavior? I tested a few rtp streams and they seem to work fine. Also, please run mpv with the "-v" option on one of the broken streams, and attach the output to this bug report. Thanks, James
